WASK's "AI Agent" feature allows you to create AI agents that work 24/7 across your ad accounts once you set them up.

To Create an Agent

  • To create an agent, click "Create Agent" under the "AI Agent" feature. On the page that opens, you can set up your agent step by step.

  • Give your agent a name you will recognize in alerts & logs, and select an avatar for it.

  • Pick the focus area you want your agent to optimize. You can choose one of the following: Budget, Creative, Keywords, or Brand Safety. Ad Assets and Audience will be available soon. You can create more agents for other areas later.

  • Set additional rules for your agent to follow under "Agent settings". You can toggle "Don't touch campaigns under 7 days" to let new campaigns learn first, set "Quiet hours" to snooze the agent between specific hours, and enable "Weekly performance digest" to receive a summary of savings & actions.

  • Under "Agent Character", describe your agent's personality in the text field. Such as: conservative, balanced, or aggressive. You can also set the "Aggressiveness Level" using the slider between Cautious, Normal, and Aggressive.

  • Select the ad account(s) you want your agent to manage under "Which ad accounts?". You can view each account's last 30 days spend and active campaign count before selecting.

  • Choose how your agent should apply its decisions under "Who decides?". You can select "I approve" to have the agent ask first, or "Autopilot" to give it full control. "Hybrid", which applies changes automatically for low-risk actions, will be available soon.

  • Select where you want your agent to notify you under "Where should it ping you?". You can choose one or more of the following: Email, Slack, WhatsApp, and Telegram. After selecting a channel, you can click "Change" to select the account you want to receive notifications on.

  • On the right side of the page, you can track your agent's summary (Focus, Watches, Control, and Alerts) along with its estimated monthly savings as you make your selections.

  • After completing all the steps, click "+ Create Agent" to activate your agent.

  • You can view your active agents on the "Agent List" page under the "AI Agent" feature. A detailed explanation of the "Agent List" page can be found at this link.

With WASK's "AI Agent" feature, you can let AI manage and optimize your ad accounts around the clock, based on the rules and character you define.
