THE SECRET DEAL OF GOOGLE AND FACEBOOK IS REVEALED

Facebook and Google had signed a secret deal that violates Apple’s work on user privacy in order to show customized ads to the target audience.

In recent years, Apple has added features to its products that protect users' information; Intelligent Tracking Protection 2.0, which was added to Safari, is one of them. Thanks to this feature, users' actions could not be monitored without their permission. Therefore, Google and Facebook have worked together to bypass the privacy of cookie-blocked web browsers on Apple devices and offer customized ads.

INSTAGRAM CANCELED IGTV

In 2018, Instagram launched the IGTV feature but it could not get expected performance and efficiency from this feature. As a result of the update on October 25, the IGTV feature was canceled so Instagram plans to launch Instagram TV instead of IGTV. Instagram TV will be inspired by Reels, a very popular feature. The content uploaded to Instagram TV will be able to be cropped, filtered, and added effects. In addition, previews for Instagram TV will be up to 60 seconds, and video lengths will be up to 60 minutes.

SPOTIFY AND SHOPIFY HAVE SIGNED A COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT

Spotify and Shopify have signed a commercial agreement that allows musicians to add product links from Shopify to their Spotify profiles.
