How to Optimize Underperforming Google Campaigns?

WASK’S Optimization tool is here for you to make your underperforming ads more successful! You can always improve your ad’s metrics and use Optimization tool to reach more accurate target audiences by making budget, bidding, keyword and ad optimizations.

Let's check the optimization steps more detailed: 

Step 1: Optimize

To start your optimization process, click on the ‘’Optimize’’ and the ‘’Google Optimization’’ on the left column. After that you will be selecting the account that you have connected to WASK. And lastly click on the ‘’Continue’’.

Step 2: Campaign Name

After you have selected your account, you will see a list of your campaigns and their type, goal, whether the optimizations is on or not, daily budget, cost, result, result value, cost/result and result value/cost. After you checked the different metrics of your Google Campaigns, you can click on the ‘’Start’’ button.

Step 3: Choose Optimization Type

On this section, you will be able to select the optimization type firstly. With WASK’S optimization feature, you will be able to make Budget, Bidding, Keyword and the Ad optimizations.

Budget Optimization:

With the budget optimization, the total budgets of your campaigns could be automatically increased if these campaigns have successful performance and results.

Choose an Optimization Parameter:

After you have selected the Budget Optimization, you should now select the Optimization Parameter. On this section, you will be able to select either ‘’Re- Allocate Your Current Budget’’ or ‘’Increase/Decrease Budget’’. With these parameters WASK will analyse your campaigns results and make differences on your budget to make your campaigns more successful.

Choose Campaign Goal:

If you select the ‘’Allocate Your Current Budget’’ on the Parameter section, you should now decide what kind of campaign goal you want to have. These campaign goals include Trafic, Conversion, Conv. Value, Video Views, Impression.

Choose a Limit:

Also, if you select the ‘’Increase/Decrease Budget’’ on the Parameter section, you will decide the Lower Limit Percentage or Upper Limit Percentage for your campaign’s daily spend.

Bidding Optimization:

With the Bidding Optimization Type, your ad-sets will be analysed depending on their performance like result value, clicks or impressions by WASK and it will give the highest bidding to the most successful ad-sets automatically.

Choose an Optimization Parameter:

After you select the ‘’Bidding’’ on the optimization type section, you can now select parameter that you want. You can either select ‘’Right Bidding or Not’’ or ‘’Optimize Your Bidding’’.

Choose Campaign Goal:

If you select the ‘’’Right Bidding or Not’ you can now decide your Campaign Goal such as Search, Performance Max, Display.

Choose an Optimization Parameter:

On this section you will again choose an optimization parameter like Traffic, Conversion, Conversion Value or Impression.

Keyword Optimization:

Keyword optimization will enable it for you to remove conflicting negative keywords, add automatically cross negative keywords to your search campaigns or pause underperformed keywords.

Choose an Optimization Parameter:

If you select the keyword optimization type, you should now select the optimization parameter. These parameters are ‘’Remove Conflicting Negative Keywords’’, ‘’Automatic Cross Negative Keywords’’, ‘’Pause Underperformed Keywords’’.

WASK’s optimization feature will analyse your ads’ keywords and make changes on your keywords to make your ads keywords more successful.

Ad Optimization:

With the Ad optimization your landing page will be checked or your underperformed ads can be stopped automatically.

Once you click on the ''Start'' button you will see the details of your selected optimization type and the selected campaigns. If you have selected the wrong optimization strategy, you will get a warning about it on this section.

After this step you can now start your optimization process by clicking on the ‘’Confirm’’ button.

Also by clicking on the active campaign name you will not only be able to check the graphs of your campaigns and their details but also manage them. After you started the optimization, you can manage your optimization process by clicking on ''Manage''.
